Once we received our finalized house plans from Tucker at TruDesign, Jarrett and his wife, Kristie met with us in his newly built home to discuss the overall building process and the specifics of our prospective home. He answered all of our questions and explained everything in the most simplest of terms. We were able to see his own home and other homes that he had recently built, which gave us the confidence to go with Beard homes. Unlike some other quotes back that we had received, Jarrett’s quote included everything, even things that we had never thought of like the builder’s risk insurance, porta potty, and dumpster fees. He had a complete and thorough quote. He recommended excellent, professional businesses to work with for choosing plumbing, lighting, countertops, appliances, and everything in between. There was always full disclosure of the funds through monthly statements with detailed invoices. His timeline was spot on, with a crew working 6 days a week much of the time. All of his crews were polite, clean, and friendly, especially around our very curious children. The only surprises throughout the process was driving up to see the astounding progress made. Dan, the cabinet guy, was truly out of this world and definitely lived up to his title as, “Dan the Man.” He did a fabulous job on our custom cabinets.
