When you choose Beard Homes, you're choosing a builder who is with you every step of the way and involved in every inch of your home build. Jarrett will personally be on site and in contact throughout the entire process from your first inquiry to well after the keys are yours. As a family-oriented and small town local builder, your dreams of building a home are a phone call and a laid-back meeting with Jarrett away.

Once you're happy with the bid and plan of action, Jarrett will guide you in the next steps to finalize all the details and begin on your dream home! His guidance throughout the build will keep you up to speed and stress free while he lines up his trusted subcontractors and oversees every square foot!

After your initial meeting, Jarrett will start the bidding process to get an accurate quote on your home build. This process takes a few weeks, but will give you a detailed and specific bid that outlines what the project will cost with a timeline and plan of action so there are minimal surprises while your home is being constructed.

After having your plans drawn up by either your or our trusted draftsman, you'll send them over to Jarrett and schedule a meeting. Over his kitchen table, you'll get a glimpse of how Jarrett and his trusted subcontractors would make your plans come to life on your property.
